1) Property Finding Service

Search & Assisted Viewing |
We will search the entire market for you, keeping in touch with all the agents that cover the areas you are interested in on a regular basis. We also check a number of other sources including national and local newspapers, various internet sites etc. and do a weekly tour of relevant areas to check for private sales. We also have good connections throughout the areas covered and often hear of properties before they are on the open market. This service is for a 3 month period. There is no further charge until/unless you purchase a property through us. |

Search, Unassisted Viewing, Purchase, Survey & Legal Assistance |
All
of the above services plus: we will view the
properties ourselves alone thus filtering out less
good properties and arrange joint appointments when we believe we have found what you
are looking for (if
appropriate). We will e-mail or send photos,
plans and a report of all good properties. We
will also negotiate on your behalf, engage
surveyors, solicitors and mortgage advisors (if
required). We can recommend and engage decorators,
removal firms etc. We will arrange for the property
to be let if required. For relevant period
properties, a history of the flat/house you are
buying is included. This service is generally more suited to the purchaser who is out-of-town, offshore, looking for an investment property or very busy!. |

2) Finance/Mortgages
- We are confident we know the best mortgage advisors in the business. All are independent and we can provide references. As they are as valuable as gold dust, we don't publish their details here, but please contact us for further information. There is no charge for this service.
3) Rentals
- Looking for a Rental Property? We can locate good rental properties across London for which we charge 10% of the first year's rent. We can arrange furniture for unfurnished properties to suit your style and budget. We can also advise on interior design of properties purchased (details on request interiordesign@qproperty.co.uk)
4) Property Management
- Q Property offers a property management service for landlords. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
5) Other Services
